This is a completely custom plan that includes a meal plan, workout/cardio routine, supplement guide, and official check ins every two weeks.

When you sign up for your plan, a questionnaire email is sent that gathers all your info and helps me design your custom plan that’s tailored just for you. There is no “one size fits all” plan and I take into account numerous factors to personalize your plan.

Throughout the 12 weeks here is what you get:

  • 24/7 email support and can ask any questions/concerns about your plan at any time.
  • I make you a custom daily workout routine with videos on my private training app.
  • We talk about your goals and I make your perfect meal plan, which we track daily.
  • Learn how to overcome the mental blocks that have been holding you back from achieving consistent, long-term success/results.
  • Twice weekly 15+Min Video Calls For a Q&A with myself and the team to answer everything about Mindset/Training/Nutrition.

 

You will hold up a paper reading “DAY 1” and “WEEK 12” at the beginning and end of the plan. I make any adjustments necessary to your plan when you check in.

My goal is to help you improve your Health, Mind and Body, which in turn improves self esteem. No more BULLSHIT COOKIE CUTTER ROUTINES. I will provide the motivation, guidance and knowledge and you just follow the plan! You will have the option to renew once the initial 12 weeks are over. I also give discounts for additional Commitment.
